Another band that have been doing the rounds for some time now, having formed way back in 2001; at which point I was just going into my first year of comprehensive school in the September look at me now! Its a crime really that this band havent got more recognition for their fuzzed out and heavy contribution to music, especially the Welsh music scene having been spawned out of Newport a city most commonly renowned for smoking out
Goldie Looking Chain. This Newport collective though offer up thick and doomy atmospherics over slowburning and stoned riffs that could see them slot easily into your record collection among your
Electric Wizard,
Sleep,
St Vitus and
Black Sabbath LPs. Though, its not all doom and gloom and horror movie soundtracks; the more spaced out tracks bring to mind
Monster Magnet and
Melvins covering
Pink Floyd with
