https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gabgyx66lZU This is the type of anthemic, bop-along, rock-out track that they stopped doing far too early in their careers, save for this hidden gem from 2003's excellent Slow Motion Daydream. "White Noise" sounds like a holdover from So Much For the Afterglow, which is the highest praise I can think of to assign to the track. The fact that it has more verve than anything from their previous two albums (Songs From an American Movie Volumes 1 & 2) says a lot about the work Everclear put into making this album. Or it says something about how terrible those other two albums were. Either way, this hidden track deserves the spotlight.
