2. The Dirt Movie Needs To Get Out Of Development Hell ASAP
Plans to make a movie adaptation of The Dirt have been on the table since the book's publication, but every time it gets close to being made it seems to be held back by something or other. There have been issues with the actors, the studios, the fact that it'll need to be R-rated... It's stuck in development hell at the moment, and there haven't been any real developments in 6 months or so when it reportedly got a new director. It'll be pretty chaotic to see some of the insanity from the book brought to life on screen, and Crüe seem pretty pleased with the actors that are now in place to portray them. The fact that the band seems to have a significant consultation role in the film's script and direction is promising too. Hopefully it gets fully green-lit sooner rather than later!
