7. Aserejé (The Ketchup Song) - Las Ketchup
The song that plagued every school disco with a dance nobody could fully agree on was actually #1 in the charts.
It is undeniable that this song is catchy, but more like tuberculosis than anything else. The vocalists had little in the way of skill, as the verses (particularly in the native Spanish version), move in and out of various keys and make it quite discordant.
Nonetheless, this track is rather fun for the sake of novelty, and it's up for debate whether it should be remembered fondly or not.
