https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXIuAz7aryo 'Used To Love Her' can be found on the Guns N' Roses EP 'Lies' and details the murder of a woman at the hands of her lover. Similar in context to Eminem's 'Kim', Axl Rose and co. were perceived to be glamourising domestic violence but Guns N' Roses have always maintained that this was all just tongue in cheek. Only Izzy Stradlin and Axl Rose, the composers of the song, truly know the meaning behind the words but even if meant in jest, lyrics such as these were always going to cause controversy. I love Heavy Metal, and generally anything that involves a guitar and loud noises, so I figured it was about time I put all the useless information in my head to good use and start writing a few things. Most of the time I'll be writing nonsense but occasionally I may surprise myself and appear half-way knowledgable.....but you can be the judge of that. Thanks for your fleeting attention!
