20 Things Only Blink-182 Fans Understand

20. Running Naked Down The Street Is Perfectly Acceptable

What€™s My Age Again? opens Mark€™s smiling face, and as the camera pulls back, you can see he€™s not wearing a top. Tom€™s tattoo begins to emerge, and then Travis comes in with his (very bare, in contrast with today) tattooed chest and sleeves. Then come the pixels, and it€™s typical blink. Running naked down the street. Is it a little immature? Sure, but it€™s also brilliant. Who else was doing this back then? Taking the back sleeve of Enema of the State to the next level, and onto the streets. A great video for a great song; both stick in your head.

19. Mark€™s Octopus

€œI am the Octopus.€ In the spring of 2009, after what felt like an eternity of waiting, Mark Hoppus and Fall Out Boy€™s Pete Wentz finally revealed that Hoppus and the band had been working on a remix of the latter€™s America€™s Suitehearts. Ever since, the Octopus has been making an appearance everywhere. It€™s Hoppus€™ logo for his blog, HiMyNameIsMark; it continues to make an appearance on his bass when they€™re playing live; and you can even buy the vinyl sticker to stick on your own bass from his store.
