20. He's Not That Scary

We promise. Between the contacts, the oversized lips (achieved with makeup), the eerily pale skin, the sometimes lack of eyebrows and the occasional distracting teeth grills, he may look scary to some. Really, it's hard to understand why. The Antichrist Superstar has definitely mellowed with age (believe it or not, he's nearly 50 years old). He has eyebrows now just like everybody else, and instead of dressing in fishnets, thongs, or sequins, he tends to prefer the same garb that you might wear, except only in black. When people say Manson is terrifying, we just don't understand it. He's hardly the type of guy to spook kids and dads. In fact, he looks more like he could be someone's dad.
