17. Midnight Realm
A melodic metal seven-piece from the north-east of the UK, Midnight Realm brings the energy hard and fast thanks to a blend of pulse-pounding keyboards, low-tuned rhythms, melo-death-inspired leads and a pummelling blend of deep, resonating growls and high, sing-along cleans.
Having built up their momentum with the debut EP Polarissima in 2012 and then their sweltering 2014 single "The Rebuild", we can only hope that Midnight Realm can capitalise upon their niche but dedicated following soon with either a new EP or a full-length debut. Honestly, the amazing sound of "The Rebuild" has proved that these up-and-comers are more than ready for a full-length release.
