4 Reasons Why The XX Shouldn't Be £40 A Ticket Band

1. They Only Have 2 Albums

Smashing Pumpkins. Metallica. Linkin Park. AC/DC. The list goes on. All of these bands are amazing, legendary. They attained that status by being consistent and having an amazing back catalogue. You go to one of those band's shows, you're guaranteed to hear hit after hit after hit, and they€™ve got the material to do it. The XX on the other hand are in the bigger picture a pretty fledgling band, they only have two albums. Their second only came out last month! They only have so much to work with, and if I'm going to pay a premium rate to see a band I want to see an animal of a set. The XX simply don't have enough material to justify the price. The reasons I mentioned the bands at the top of the page specifically? Those of examples of bands I HAVE seen for £40.00. Just for a bit of perspective.
