Kurt Cobain and Nirvana revolutionized the music industry in 1991 and changed pop culture overnight with the release of “Smells Like Teen Spirit. Kurt Cobain represented a generation of individuals who felt depressed and alienated. The influence grunge has had wouldn’t have happened without Cobain.

Nirvana remains one of the most influential bands not only of the 1990s but in history. His influence has extended from music to art and fashion. Kurt Cobain has gone down in history in the same category as John Lennon, Jim Morrison and Jimi Hendrix.
