6 Iconic Music Producers Due For A Comeback

1. Giorgio Moroder

giorgio Giorgio Moroder is the father of modern dance music. His electronic disco work with Donna Summer on such tracks as I Feel Love, Love's Unking, Hot Stuff, and 1992's Carry On - stand as some of his defining work. Sadly Moroder has not produced a full original pop album since the 1990s and focuses mainly on remixes now. However, the possibility of a Moroder comeback and seeing him team up with someone of the same vocal might as the late-Summer is an exciting one - Jennifer Hudson and Florence Welch would be good contenders for fresh collaborations. It would also be a pleasure to hear Moroder's edgy synth basslines in some contemporary mainstream dance music - his remix of Enrique Iglesias' Hero is a good example of this, so another collaboration with Iglesias would be more than welcome. However, we would love to see him reunite with former collaborators: Janet Jackson, Phil Oakey, Olivia Newton-John or Blondie again. Moroder will make a small appearance on the new Daft Punk, producing the track Giorgio By Moroder.
