4. My Chemical Romance: "May Death Never Stop You: Greatest Hits (2001-2013)"- Release Date: March 24, 2014
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDWgsQhbaqU In the music world, a greatest hits compilation album is a swan song. It's a chance for the band to take a final bow and for their label to repackage their most popular songs to cash-in one last time. My Chemical Romance has been on their last legs for a while, so a disbandment doesn't really come as a surprise. After busting onto the scene with their first major release "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge" and its successful follow-up "The Black Parade", MCR became one of the hottest bands of the 2000s. They rocked decently hard, plus they had a unique, I'm-sad-so-I'm going-to-wear-black-eyeliner image that teens were attracted to. Not surprisingly, the emo trend didn't really last and MCR were left out in the cold. If you want to play "Helena" and cry in your bedroom that's your business, but just download the single on iTunes like a normal person. Nobody needs the whole album.
