9. Eve 6 - "Here's To The Night"

The main difference is that Eve 6 isn't trying to celebrate a long period of memory-making. No, they're actually talking about just one
night.
The night. "Here's to the Night" recounts the feelings of a one night stand. And that little fact was staring us all right in the face this whole time:
Are you willing to be had? Are you cool with just tonight?
There aren't that many ways to interpret that lyric, but for some reason, we all either glossed over it or just figured that "being had" was a metaphor about going to your first high school party. (Which, in a way, isn't entirely
inaccurate, we suppose.) Although, if it's any consolation, lead singer Max Collins sounds pretty sad about luring this girl into a no-strings attached sexual encounter:
