So there you go! Get stuck in, and I guarantee, youll find plenty you like within these ten bona-fide Thrash Metal classics. Of course there are loads more that I have had to leave out, like albums from Dark Angel, Death Angel, Forbidden, Vio-lence, Posessed, Destruction, Nuclear Assault etc, but there is one omission here that will undoubtedly get some Thrash fans calling for my head, and that is Exodus 1985 debut, Bonded By Blood. Perhaps quite rightly so, but as this countdown is a to be used as an introduction to the genre I personally feel that this album is only fit for consumption if youre already well versed in the genre. The rawness, the vocals and the sheer reckless abandon found on the records nine tracks are only for the trained ear. That said, it is without doubt one of the most influential Thrash releases ever committed to tape. If there was a number eleven on here then, that would be it. Enjoy!
