Marking the defining point of Myles' deeply personal lyrics (and his first major presence on-album) the very inspiration for the track was rarely talked about in absolutes until the Wembley DVD from last year. With the band now playing arenas it was the perfect time to make sure everyone knew exactly where the inspiration for the track came from. Upon introducing it to the thousands in attendance, Myles mentions the very idea of passing on and "flying away" were written for one Mark Morse, the man who sold Myles his first guitar and set everything in motion in the first place.
