10. With The Beatles (1963)
Best Song: All My Loving Worst Song: All I've Got to Do
The sophomore album, the make or break album With the Beatles. This was the album that concreted the Beatles as a force to be reckoned with. It was around the release of With the Beatles that each member were given nicknames by the media; John "the smart one" Paul "the cute one" George "the quiet one" and Ringo "the funny one". Lennon and McCartney were songwriting often and creating pop favourites, It Won't Be Long, McCartney's girlfriend themed hit All My Loving and the debut of Harrison's songwriting in the witty Don't Bother Me. Greatly recorded covers of Money (That's What I Want" are given a makeover into faster rocker styled tracks, along with the 50's hit Please Mister Postman. This sophomore sure packed a punch at the peak of the madness.
