Every David Bowie Album Ranked Worst To Best (By Guitar Power)

21. Space Oddity (1969)

The title track was somewhat of a novelty hit for Bowie and bore little resemblance to the rest of the album, which was fairly folky, but not in an obnoxious ‘let’s all sing in ye olde English’ way.

One for the completists. An album that sold well on the back of the success of Ziggy et al, when it was re-released to capitalise on his new found status.
