Judas Priest: 10 Best Songs You've Probably Never Heard

7. Visions

In total, Judas Priest have made 18 studio albums but in honesty, 'Nostradamus' might struggle to make the top 15. This record was criticised for the lack of power metal and heavy metal conventions demonstrated by the band. Instead, they focused on a more polarising symphonic metal style and attempted to expand their style in the process.

A band trying something different and broadening their horizons is of course a positive in most instances, but with 'Nostradamus' it felt too forced and seemed like the band was struggling to adapt to this new terriotory. However, one stand out song from this record was 'Visions', which featured on the second disc of this double album.

Where other songs seemed out of place in Judas Priest's discography, 'Visions' felt more at home with its tenacity and progressive chorus.
