Judas Priest: 10 Best Songs You've Probably Never Heard

6. Tears Of Blood

'Redeemer of Souls' is the seventeeth studio album by Judas Priest, hitting streaming servives and record store shelves in 2014. As if this 63 minute record wasn't long enough already, fans had the chance to purchase the extneded version of 'Redeemer of Souls' with five additional songs, one of which being 'Tears of Blood'.

As the first of two songs to feature on this list from the 'Redeemer of Souls' extended release, 'Tears of Blood' is one of Judas Priest's more overlooked modern tunes. In many ways, 'Redeemer of Souls' was seen as the classic heavy metal icons resurrection following less than satisfying records such as 'Nostradamus' in prior years. This record also saw the departure of founding member and lead guitarist, K. K. Downing, who was replaced by Richie Faulkner.

Fun fact: Richie Faulkner was a featured guiatrist on Christopher Lee's heavy metal album from 2013.
