Suddenly saw Tremonti introduce something of a speed-picking technique alongside the approach of a muted version of the riff playing out to draw your attention before the distortion kicks in and blows your eyelids off. The song itself has a bit of a strained chorus that just doesn't bury itself in your psyche as well as the likes of Overcome, On My Sleeve or A Thousand Faces, but man that intro riff? It's gotta be one of the tightest he's put together in years, leading to a funky multi-bend part that's still underrated amongst a sea of phenomenal material.
