When it comes to early Megadeth releases, So Far, So Good...So What! Tends to be one of the - if not the - least memorable. That's not to say it's a bad album (it really isn't), it's just got much less to offer than the others. With all that said, the record contains some brilliant, standout tracks. Musically, the song is brilliant, but the lyrics flip between enraged and a little bit cringe-worthy, with lines like It feels so cold, very cold, no-one cares for me.
