7. The King of Limbs (2011)
The list went from their first album to their, so far, last. Admittedly I wasn't blown away by this album when it came out but after several listens I've grown to really enjoy it. To really see the potential of The King of Limbs one only has to watch the From the Basement performance. The best thing about this album is the diversity. The first half has an energetic sound to it right off the bat from opener Bloom all the way to track 5 Lotus Flower. As soon as Lotus Flower starts the album begins to slow down and turns into a beautiful, somber set of 4 songs. Give Up The Ghost is the best of the more melancholic songs on the album and really creates a mood that sounds familiar yet progressive. Definitely Radiohead's shortest album and probably the hardest to outright enjoy but none of that stops it from being an excellent album that more than warrants a listen. Key Tracks- Lotus Flower, Give Up The Ghost

My favorite movies are Before Sunrise, Pulp Fiction, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Alien and Her so don't be surprised to see those pop up in my writing from time to time. I'm currently in school for Journalism/English and I have an obsession with all things cinematic on the side.
