Ramones: 15 Best Songs (That Weren't From The Original Lineup)

7. Psycho Therapy

Album: Subterranean Jungle (1982)

Lineup: Joey, Johnny, Marky, Dee Dee (Richie replaces Marky in the music video)

The 1982 track Psycho Therapy features the Ramones at some of their most aggressive, which makes a lot of sense, given the fact that it was written by a counterculture icon like Joey alongside the notoriously troubled Dee Dee, both of whom had well-documented struggles with their mental health.

In turn, this is a song that clearly had a fair bit of emotion behind it. Whether it be through the fast-paced and incredibly memorable riffs or Joey bellowing away on the microphone, this is a song just about guaranteed to get the blood pumping.

Psycho Therapy is a song that encapsulates what the album Subterranean Jungle was all about. It features the beloved band as they once again reinvent their iconic sound, while staying true to what made them a hit in the first place.
