Ranking All 7 Blink-182 Studio Albums From Worst To Best
5. Blink-182 (2003)
Blink's fifth studio album (which is either self-titled or untitled, depending on who you ask) is one that was fairly divisive among the band's fanbase when it was first released back in 2003.
By this point, Blink was at their peak popularity following the massive success of 'Enema of the State' and 'Take Off Your Pants and Jacket'. In turn, they decided it was once again time to change up their style. The final product was an experimental album a bit more mature than anything the band had previously put out.
Between the different lyrical styles, unorthodox recording methods, and the overall tone, this is an album that Blink took a lot of risks with. And for the most part, those risks really paid off. This is evidenced by well-deserved hits like 'I Miss You' and 'Feeling This', in addition to some deep cut gems like 'Go'.
Some fans welcomed this change of pace for Blink right away, while others were a bit more reluctant. Objectively, however, while it didn't quite live up to their previous two records, Blink-182's untitled album was undeniably a great and crucial addition to the band's discography.
