Kylie's Style & Career Prospects
In 2012 Kylie celebrated her 25th year in the music industry with 2 compilation albums, a brand new single and a high profile performance at the Queen's Jubliee. Numerous interviews on network TV and a mini promotion tour in the US indicated that Kylie still well and truly has 'it'. At the end of last year Kylie parted with her manager of many years, Terry Blamely, who has been with her for the most part of her impressive career. It was suggested that the separation would indicate a well earned break from her music. Alas, it is the complete oppositie! Kylie immediately signed a management contract with Jay-Z's Roc Nation. Odd combination huh? A new single is already on the way and Kylie performed in the US last week alongside artists like Drake! She is now in the company of Rita Ora and Rihanna, talk about pop superstardom! The latest career move for a national treasure of Australia and the UK indicates that things won't be slowing down anytime soon. Her music career will go from strength to strength and being associated with Roc Nation will open so many opportunities with the best producers in the world. However, Kylie will remained signed with Parlophone and her crazily impressive 12th studio album will be released sometime this year and possibly early in 2014. Her last album, "Aphrodite" released in 2010 topped the UK chart. Watch this space, because Kylie could be heading global!
