It's not just female singer-songwriters that have been swarming the music industry over the past few years, but male ones as well. One such performer is twenty three year old Tom Odell, who was discovered by Lily Allen and began releasing music and appearing on television at the back end of 2012. This was enough to secure him a place on the shortlist for the BBC's Sound Of... poll and though he didn't win, Odell instead won the Critic's Choice at the BRIT awards, following in the footsteps of Adele and Florence And The Machine.
