6. The One Where He Crashed A Kickball Game

Bill Murray doesn't need to be invited anywhere, but it doesn't hurt to ask him either and it appears that if you see Murray in the street and you're courteous to him then you might just find a friend. It happened in 2012 when Murray was spending time with his sons on Roosevelt Island and he bumped in to a kickball referee on the tram. Jokingly, the referee asked the Life Aquatic star if he wanted to join their game, and to his surprise, but perhaps no one elses, he accepted. He only played for ten minutes, but apparently he got a few kicks in and even got on base, whatever that means, we're not exactly Kick Ball people here. Sadly, his team didn't win, but we doubt anyone cared about the score when Bill Murray is playing with them, it's safe to say everyone was a winner that day. Unlike most other stories this one actually has pictures, so you're going to have to believe it, which makes it all the more amazing.
