10 Best Ever Stories Told On Hot Ones

As the most requested Hot Ones guest of all time, host Sean Evan was thrilled to have iconic chef Gordon Ramsay on board for the first episode of season eight.

The conversation was off to a bumpy start when the Hell's Kitchen star slammed the wings for being well over-cooked and far too dry. Little did he know the wings would seek revenge, and he would soon receive his comeuppance.

The most interesting part of Ramsay's appearance on Hot Ones came during the first ten minutes of the half-hour interview. Host Evans revealed fans wanted to know what the perfect hamburger recipe was in the famed chef's eyes, and he delivered by offering a step-by-step guide as well as some meaty advice.

But even then, the sniffles were already kicking in.

From tracking down puffins to having his volcano bread stolen by Vikings, Ramsay had a knack for storytelling and made nearly every aspect of the conversation intriguing. Yet, each story was delivered with increasing difficulty, as he soon struggled to turn down the heat of the hot wings with copious amounts of limes, lemon juice, and donuts, no less.

By the end of the show, he was cursing Evans for torturing guests such as himself, asking, "Have you ever killed anybody?" In the end, though, we got the hamburger recipe, and he didn't leave before explaining how to cook up the perfect scrambled eggs too.
