5. Kim Kardashian Takes Up A Private Life?
Let's face it: Kim Kardashian has never really been shy of broadcasting things about her life before. But if there was one thing that we found out in 2013, it's that Kimye - that's the name for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, for those not in the "know" - really, really love each other. The way we found this out was through a number of cringeworthy moments where Kim and Kanye professed just how much they cared for each other in the public eye. First, we had the big question we all wanted to know: what would the baby be called? Then, we had the debate and "hilarity" when it was revealed to be North West after all. There was the massively public engagement in the middle of a football stadium, followed by the entirely cringeworthy Bound 2 video, where a topless Kim straddled Kanye, before the year was capped off with Kim seemingly uploading a video to YouTube highlighting the couple's relationship, the awkward "Kimye Love" seen above. All seems a bit much, doesn't it? Whilst public displays of affection aren't necessarily the worst thing in the world, let's consider for a moment that the couple are reportedly set to get married in 2014. The chances are that if things keep going the way they are, we could be set for the most sickeningly overdone ceremony ever - so let's just hope Kim decides to shun the cameras just this once.
