This runway located in Lesotho is only 400 metres in length with a cliffhanger ending of a 2,000ft drop!

Used primarily for charitable organisations wanting to reach remote villages, a number of planes don't manage to take off before they even hit the end of the runway. Instead they must head off the cliff face and catch flight as they drop. Or fall to their doom.
