8. The Unicorn Lair Discovery
Unicorns are real!
North Korea have proven it. Archaeologists from the Academy of Social Sciences at North Korea's History Institute found a rectangular shaped rock with the words 'unicorn lair' inscribed into it. So it must be true.
The news report went on to reveal that the 'scientists' believed that the inscription dated back to somewhere between 918AD and 1392AD but that the unicorns that had inhabited the area were there between the 3rd century BC and 7th century AD.
Amazingly, some might say coincidentally, the dates mentioned in the report happen to coincide with the legend of an ancient Korean leader named King Tongmyong, who used to ride around on unicorns and built an empire the like-of-which the world has never seen the likes-of-which.
