Dogs, man. Dogs. Who doesn’t love them? Even more so, who doesn’t love the blonde ‘love slut’ that is Marshall Rogan? The golden retriever (and the apple of Joe Rogan’s eye) has featured on one episode to date.
Technically appearing on an episode of the Experience in late 2019, interrupting Bridget Phetasy’s discussion, Joe’s dog was in pursuit of love and affection from all around him. Marshall’s interruption stole the show and allowed viewers to see how much Joe adores his best friend. He went on to mention that a lot of audience members have requested Marshall as a guest on the show. Joe needs to give the people what they want.
Joe could present a special hour-long episode with Marshall and share anecdotes of the four-legged faithful. A dog special, maybe featuring Kevin Smith and his canine compadres would be a great episode. Perhaps, borrowing from a concept used in the episode, ‘Ari & Joe Go On A Hike,’ Rogan and Smith can take their dogs for a long walk while they discuss their canine companions. They’d be barking not to.
