10 Most Stunning Things Ever Said On The Joe Rogan Experience

6. "I'm Kinda Retarded" - Alex Jones #1255

Alex Jones is one of the most polarising figures ever to appear on the JRE, with his brand of conspiratorial ranting being both hilarious and arguably dangerous in equal measure.

Jones and Rogan have been friends for several years, but the loud-mouthed Texan did not make his first appearance on the show until episode #911 in 2017. Jones' debut on the podcast would prove unsurprisingly controversial, as he made references to his belief that elements of the Sandy Hook school shooting did not actually take place.

Jones' return to the podcast for episode #1255 with Eddie Bravo is one of the most popular episodes of the JRE, and proved to be more of the same, with far-reaching conspiracy theories, and hilarious back and forths aplenty.

However, arguably the best moment of the podcast was when Jones brought the concept of Socratic ignorance into the modern world by uttering a statement that would immediately be enshrined as a meme, and prompt a hilarious mariachi remix.
