10 Problems Only People Who Love Their Alone Time Will Understand
4. Your Family Worry If You Hang Out In Your Room Too Much
If you're a solitary individual living at home with your family, your daily struggle to find alone time is much harder than the individual who lives without worrying parents. Sitting in your room playing Playstation, or reading, or watching TV alone only provokes concerned questions and frequent knocks at your closed bedroom door: "Are you ok? Do you want to come downstairs and sit with us? Do you want to go out anywhere?" NO. You just want to relax and not have to talk to anyone about mundane topics. You appreciate their concern; maybe it is a it strange that you prefer your company to others, but you just wish sometimes they'd leave you alone.
