Super Nintendo World within Epic Universe is Orlando's first theme park land built for gamers.

Not only does the land take you directly into the worlds of Mario, Luigi and Donkey Kong but you also get to play games within the land itself thanks to the interactive elements all around you.

Using a Power-Up Band ($42 + tax) that connects to the Universal Orlando Resort app, guests can explore the land collecting coins and stamps as they go. Throughout Super Nintendo World there are touch points for you to use, including the incredibly satisfying feeling of hitting "? Blocks" and "POW Blocks". You can get collect items from using the binoculars throughout the land, riding the attractions and even just visiting at a certain time of year.

It's also not just about collecting stamps, there are challenges in which you collect keys and challenge Bowser Jr in an epic showdown.

The great thing about this gamification is that you can continue your progress every time you visit, allowing you to challenge yourself to explore the land fully each time you go. You can also connect with friends and compete with them.

Universal's Epic Universe has gamified Super Nintendo World in a way that if you choose not to participate it won't impact your enjoyment of the land. Those that do want to join in the fun will only find themselves more and more immersed in the world around them.
