Simple online searches can prove that NASA has quite the habit of cutting their live feed to the International Space Station when strange objects appear.

The above video highlights a fairly recent example of NASA getting camera shy. On January 15th, 2015, a small, grey object suddenly appears before the feed momentarily goes dark. Within moments it reappears but from a different camera angle.

This specific event even garnered coverage by some of the more mainstream media outlets. According to the Tech section of Huffington Post UK, "A strange grey UFO has caused something of a stir in the conspiracy community after NASA caught the object on its ISS live feed camera and then promptly cut the lived feed as soon as it appeared."

It's confusing to wonder not only what these strange objects are in Earth's lower orbit but also why NASA feels the need to give them as little screen time as possible.
