9. Customers Don't Delete Naughty Pictures From Their Phones

One thing they probably don't warn Genius Bar employees about is the amount of nude pictures they may come across on various customer's phones. You may be thinking, 'why would Genius Bar employees need to look at my camera roll anyway?' But sometimes they need to, for example, if your camera isn't working then they'll need to try and reproduce the issue, which means taking some pictures then checking your camera roll to see if it works or not. The chances are, if you've had a steamy sexting session the night before, they're going to see the pictures and it's definitely happened before, so don't be embarrassed. Maybe the employees might go on some form of therapy training afterwards, or they probably just go laugh to themselves about it behind those stainless steel doors. Either way, the best thing to do is make sure you delete your 'dick pics' before going into the store, especially if your phone needs a modular repair, i.e. a camera or screen replacement, because they'll have to run some checks (testing the camera) on the phone and they may run into a picture you really don't want them to see. No Genius Bar employee actually wants to see your nudes so don't get offended if they do see them just smile and don't mention it.
