10 Things That Happen In Every Joe Rogan Experience Episode

7. Trying To Get His Guest To Start A Podcast

The success of the JRE is quite incredible, particularly when you go back and look at its rather humble beginnings.

In its inception, the Joe Rogan Experience was little more than a way for Rogan to connect online with his fans, answering questions on a webcam in his home on Ustream.

Eventually, the early shows became closer to the format we know now, with Rogan engaging in long-form discussions, though usually only with his friends from the world of comedy.

These days the podcast has evolved into a behemoth, hosted at a purpose-built studio and featuring some of the biggest names in the world of politics, sport, and entertainment.

As a result of Rogan's success, it's not surprising that he thinks that others should follow in his footsteps in producing podcasts for release online.

In fact, if Joe gets along with his guest, and they don't already have a podcast of their own, it's almost guaranteed that he will recommend that they should.
