Usually after Halloween Horror Nights has ended all the props and signs of the event are quickly removed from the parks. One visual from the 2008 event still remains to this day however, the window of Boris Shuster's Detective Agency.

One of the most elaborate back stories ever created was that of Bloody Mary for HHN18. The tale began back in 1908 when school teacher Mary Worthington was killed by a prank gone wrong. Her body was never recovered.

In 1958 the grand-daughter of Mary Worthington, Dr Mary Agana receives a number of family heirlooms including the school teacher's silver music box. The box begins to possess Dr Agana she finds herself being watched by her grandmother through a mirror. The doctor has her own treatment facility which helps cure phobias using immersive fear therapy. Soon patients begin to go missing from her centre and detective Boris Shuster began to investigate.

Things take a horrible turn when Dr Agana is murdered by a patient and Shuster is taken into the world of Bloody Mary beyond the mirror.

You can still see the office of Boris Shuster in the New York area of Universal Studios, close to the Blues Brothers stage.
