Once you've entered through the Dark Universal portal you'll come face to face with the iconic Universal Monsters.

The whole world will be based on the classic monsters from Universal's movie past. With Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster and the Wolfman all there to give you the chills.

The land is set within the town of Darkmoor and will contain two different attractions to experience including the "Curse of the Werewolf" spinning coaster and the thrilling dark ride "Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment."

Fans of the classic Universal monsters are going to get excited to get up close with the 14 different animatronics that Universal has created for "Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment." These monsters promise to be some of the most sophisticated animatronics ever created.

The dark ride will take you into the experiments of Dr. Victoria Frankenstein, where her attempts to control the monsters doesn't quite go how she expects. Instead we find ourselves going up against the "enraged" creatures.

"Curse of the Werewolf" will take you into the "encampment of The Guild of Mystics", bringing you face-to-face with the seer Maleva. Here you face a warning of the forest's werewolves before boarding a spinning wagon, taking you on a wild ride through the land.

If you want to get up close with Universal's classic monsters or even become one, then there is Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience and plenty of meet and greets to enjoy.

Darkmoor will also feature the restaurants of Das Stakehaus and The Burning Blade Tavern. The second dining location providing a nod to the burning windmill within the town.
