10 Weirdest Celebrity Lawsuits

5. Lindsay Lohan VS. E-Trade Bank

Back in 2010 when people still cared what Lindsay Lohan was doing, a company called E-trade ran an advert featuring a €œmilkaholic€ baby called Lindsay. The advert was part of a series featuring talking babies who play the stock market. This particular one featured a boy apologising to his girlfriend for not calling her the night before. €œAnd that milkaholic Lindsay wasn€™t over?€ the baby girl asks him, suspiciously. €œLindsay?€ the boy replies. Enter a baby girl slurring, €œMilk-a-what?€ Comedy gold. Lohan quickly filed a lawsuit for $100 million for the pain and suffering caused by what she felt was obviously a shameless dig at her. E-Trade asserted that Lohan€™s claims were completely without merit but the case was later settled out of court. See the video and decide for yourself. Was it aimed at her or merely a coincidence? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JgZfA8_1mY0
