It is also worth noting that 41% of respondents also disclosed that they would exercise commando. It is unclear whether the major contributing factor was the naughtiness of it, or the fact that they could run straight off the streets and into the sheets, but if it works, then it works.
If all else fails to convince you, then just the fact that a regular workout will give you a rockin' bod to flaunt in the bedroom is good enough reason to get pumping some iron before doing the deed.
