12 Most Controversial Joe Rogan Experience Guests

7. Steven Crowder

For those of you who blissfully watched Arthur when they were young, you originally became familiar with this guest when he was portraying Alan ‘The Brain’ Powers - the grey sweater-wearing egg head who added exposition to certain episodes of the beloved children’s TV show.

These days, former voice actor, now political commentator and YouTuber, Steven Crowder is more well known for this string of ‘change my mind’ memes. Featuring such headings as ‘male privilege is a myth,’ ‘build the wall,’ and ‘hate speech isn’t real,’ Crowder’s attempt to open conversations on such topics, quickly leading to Photoshopping opportunists to put their own spin on the images, featuring such headings as ‘pineapples don’t belong on pizza,’ ‘Fortnite is only popular because it’s free,’ and ‘boobs are the best pillows.’

Also hosting his own YouTube show, Louder with Crowder, the once-egg-head-from-Arthur has had several investigations led against his content for his use of homophobic and racist slurs, which he has deemed ‘playful ribbing.’

Crowder has appeared on several Joe Rogan Experience episodes, and amongst his highlights, includes a long discussion on marijuana use (Rogan and Crowder continued to get so involved, Steven missed his flight).

Throughout all of Steven Crowder’s appearances, Joe is supportive of Crowder’s willingness to raise issues but doesn’t agree with all of them.
