12 Times Adolf Hitler Has Been Totally Owned In Fiction

4. Dragon Ball Z

Dragonball Z Hitler Though Japan and Germany were allies in the war, it would seem that no such feelings remain now. At least, if the 12th Dragon Ball movie, Fusion Reborn, is any indication. For the record, however, Dragon Ball's Earth is not our Earth, and as such, "The Dictator" isn't really Hitler. However, the inspiration behind the character is clear. During the course of the movie, a number of previous Dragon Ball villains are resurrected from Hell (or H.F.I.L., assuming you've not watched Dragon Ball Z since the 90's), The Dictator and his undead army among them. The task of stopping them falls to the young Trunks and Son Goten, who eventually go Super Saiyan and give the pseudo-Fuehrer pause as he wants to recruit them- not just for their immense power, but also for the fact that they sport the Aryan ideal of blonde hair and blue eyes... even though their eyes are green. Whoops? Well, that's the fun of dubbing, anyway- in the Japanese version, he just thinks they're young punks who have dyed their hair. That said, The Dictator's mighty army is soon defeated by the Fusion of Goten and Trunks into Gotenks, who finishes the fight with the Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack. Superpowered or not, this alternate Adolf was no doubt humiliated by being beaten by a pair of children. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcTHC18Sc2U Side-note: If you're a Dragon Ball fan and this doesn't ring any bells, don't worry- you aren't losing your mind. Given the rather controversial nature of these segments, they were omitted in several regions and certain airings of the movie, including Toonami and Nicktoons in the U.S.
