13. Christian Slater
During the late nineties, Christian Slater was also going through some drugs problems. These resulted in him going to prison for 90 days followed by three moths in enforced rehab and a year in a domestic abuse programme. Whilst under the influence, he assaulted his then-girlfriend, and fought with police when they arrived. But apparently it wasn't all that bad. In a 2011 interview, Slater explained:
Honestly, not so bad. Jail was a result of me not taking time for myself, so I was forced to take some time for myself. It was necessary for me. When you're going down that path, you either kill yourself or you're forced to take time out.
