3. The Iron Maiden

You'll most likely think of the rock band before you think of the original Iron Maiden, which was a horrific torture chamber in the shape of a woman, unsurprisingly made out of iron. She would open up to reveal a small chamber full of spikes (similar to the Torture Chair) and for this one, you would be expected to get in and allow them to close the door behind you, suffocating you with an army of spikes digging into you. The interrogator would then scream questions at you whilst you are unable to move for a fear of being impaled (if you aren't being already) and if you didn't provide them with the answers that they want, they would heat it up to amp the stakes up further.
