Reading the above advertising blurb, it is not surprising that parents had issue with Tesco selling the Peekaboo Pole Dancing Kit in the toy section. It came complete with a 8ft pole, a chrome pole extendible to 8ft 6ins, a 'sexy dance garter' and a DVD to teach you all the sexy moves you need to entertain the crowd and earn Peekaboo Dance Dollars. Tesco quickly removed the offending item from the toy section and said that it was in fact a keep fit aid. But that wasn't enough to keep bandwagon jumping politicians at bay, who in typical fashion, went overboard and claimed that the Peekaboo Pole Dancing Kit
