9. You Start Dating Someone And Discover They Dont Actually Like Star Wars
Or they say theyre a Trekkie instead. Which is all well and good if they like Star Trek: The Next Generation. That has Patrick Stewart in it and as we all know he has a famously smooth head and a rich, sexy voice. So thats understandable. But if you go out on a date with someone, the conversation turns to Star Wars and theyre dismissive of it, youre probably left with two options: one is to attempt an old Jedi mind trick in order to get them to change their blinkered ways, which, obviously, will cause them to think youre a bit creepy, which you are, and theyll flee. And two is to simply pretend to go to the toilet then disappear, never to return. You cant date a hater. Either way its best for all parties that the date ends. Win win.
