Lady Tremaine and her two daughters made the life of Cinderella a complete and utter Hell, treating her as a worthless slave as opposed to an actual human being, let alone a family member. But because kindness is magic, Cinderella endures the long years of hard labour and psychological abuse from her family and if her Fairy Godmother had not intervened, that's how she would probably spend the rest of her life. So why did it take so long for her Fairy Godmother to actually do anything about it?
