3. Portrait From Ashes
Missouri artist, Adam Brown, creates portraits of his clients and/or deceased loved ones using their cremated ashes in a service he calls Ashes to Portraits. The ashes are combined with a special oil and paint mixture to create the portrait, which is said to help friends and family cope with feelings of loss.
